Q 4: Is it permissible for me to live with my brothers, who do not pray and smoke, and perhaps other things, and who constantly listen to songs and watch ugly movies and series? When I advise them and speak to them about matters of religion, prayer, and other things, they mock me, and they mock my friends and call them by the ugliest names. My father has ordered them, and I have ordered them, but there is no benefit and no use in advising them. What should I do with them, and what do you direct me to, may Allah preserve you? This is Allah who grants success and guides to the straight path. And I entrust you to Allah, whose trusts are not lost.
A : It is not permissible for you to live with your brothers who openly commit what is wrong, but you must strive to advise them, perhaps Allah will guide them through your means. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْA : It is not permissible for you to live with your brothers who openly commit what is wrong, but you must strive to advise them, perhaps Allah will guide them through your means. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
