Is it permissible to pray in a mosque that has a grave between it and its outer wall?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : This mosque is surrounded by a wall, and inside this wall there is a grave. The grave is not inside the mosque, but inside the wall that surrounds both the mosque and the grave. Is that permissible? And does this affect the validity of the prayer in the mosque?

The Shaykh : What I see is that it is obligatory for you, immediately upon hearing this answer, to contact your court so that the judge can look into what he orders regarding this grave, because it is not permissible for the grave to remain within the precinct of the mosque. Let him look into whether the grave was there first; if so, the grave is respected and removed from the mosque by extending the mosque's wall to exclude it, so that it is outside. And if the mosque was there first, then the grave is exhumed and buried in the people's cemeteries.
