The Islamic Ruling on Eating Dutch Butter, Feseekh, and Sardines

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 5564 )
Q1: A - What is the Islamic ruling on eating Dutch butter ? B - What is the Islamic ruling on eating feseekh and sardines ? C - What is the Islamic ruling on drinking iced beverages such as Pepsi and Sport Cola , for example.
A1: A - The original ruling for types of butter is permissibility, until evidence is established that changes this, and we have not known of anything that changes it up to now, so it remains on the original ruling. B - Feseekh and sardines are originally fish, and fish is lawful to eat even if it is carrion; for what is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said when asked about the water of the sea:
Its water is pure and what dies in it is lawful food.هو الطهور ماؤه الحل ميتته
Sunan Abi Dawud 83Sahih (Al-Albani)
. Therefore, eating them is lawful. C - Everything you mentioned is lawful to drink as long as it does not intoxicate in large quantities.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
