Does the repentance of one who repents from sins and then returns to them be accepted?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 16784 )
Q 1: I have committed many sins, transgressions, and wrongs, and I have repented, yet I still return to the wrongs.
A 1: Praise Allah the Exalted for guiding you to self-accounting and repentance from wrongs, and beware, may Allah bless you, of Satan and your soul that commands evil overcoming you, causing you to fall back into what Allah has forbidden. If you do so, this is a breach of the repentance, for the conditions of valid repentance are:
1 - Abandoning the sin. 2 - Regret for what has passed. 3 - The resolve not to return to it. And if the repentance is from the rights of people in wealth, honor, or life, a fourth condition is added, which is: seeking their pardon and absolution, or giving them their right. But if the repentance is valid, you are not held accountable for what came before it; rather, repentance is obligatory for you for what occurred after it, and so it is whenever a sin occurs, repentance from it is obligatory with the conditions mentioned. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
