Q6: Zina with a Christian woman by a Muslim man, from above the clothing and not direct contact , what is the ruling on this person if he is married or single?
A 6: Whoever does this is sinful, and he must repent and seek forgiveness. If this is established against him before the authority without penetration, he is given a discretionary punishment that he sees as a deterrent for him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
