Sending blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) immediately after the taslim of the obligatory prayer

Fatwa number ( 15148 )
Q: What is the ruling on one who says after the prayer: “O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad, Your servant and Your Messenger,” and so on, three times, and then says “Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Majesty, above what they describe, and peace upon the messengers, and all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds,” and then shakes hands with one another? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A : First: Sending blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is prescribed, and Allah has commanded it, and it carries great virtue and a great reward. However, its place is not immediately after the taslim of the obligatory prayer; because that has not been established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the good lies in following his guidance (peace and blessings be upon him). Second: It is not befitting to make it a habit to shake hands after the taslim of the obligatory prayer; because that is not among the sunnahs of the prayer.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
