They pray and then drink intoxicants

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 5612 )
Q 2: I see many Muslims in my country who always pray with us in the mosques, and they never miss the congregational prayer. Some of them go to the seller of intoxicants immediately after leaving the mosque and drink, then they come back to the mosque to wait for the next prayer. During the prayer, the people standing next to them smell the intoxicants. We have spoken to them repeatedly that drinking intoxicants is forbidden in the Islamic religion, but they have not refrained from this matter. Are we allowed to expel them from the mosque, or what should we do? And is their worship accepted or not accepted? Explain to us the ruling on one who fasts and breaks his fast with intoxicants.
A 2: First: Their drinking of intoxicants is forbidden, as you know, and indeed it is among the major sins. However, their prayer is not invalidated by drinking it. It is obligatory for you to continue advising them, perhaps Allah will accept their repentance, and do not prevent them from attending the mosques. Second: Drinking intoxicants is among the major sins, as mentioned, and its heinousness increases in the sacred places and the honored times, such as Ramadan. However, it does not invalidate the fast unless one drinks during the day from the appearance of dawn until the setting of
the sun. It is incumbent upon you to advise these people in the best manner, perhaps they will accept your advice and Allah will accept their repentance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
