She has relatives in need of support, but one of their sons drinks intoxicants

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 19136 )
Q 5: We have relatives whose situation is difficult, and they have a brother who drinks intoxicants. He is currently ill and not drinking. I fear Allah in helping them in any way, lest any of Allah’s provision reach this addict. Is there a sin on me or not, because I do not help them?
A 5: Help your relatives with money, while advising your brother who drinks intoxicants, and preventing him from taking money if he uses it to drink intoxicants, or for other sins, until he repents to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
