Accusing one's wife of zina

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa number ( 18911 )
Q 5: Is it considered the crime of falsely accusing a husband of zina if a woman sees something from him, and if it is not proven, is she subject to the hadd punishment or not?
A 5: The obligation of the hadd for falsely accusing someone of zina is general for men and women; due to the generality of the verse. Nothing exempts the wife from it except pardon, and nothing exempts the husband except pardon or li'an. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
