The fourth question of the fatwa number ( 9097 )
Q4: Regarding the saying of Allah the Exalted:[At-Talaq 65:1] the verse, if she exits without being driven out, either implicitly or explicitly, and without the husband's permission, what is the ruling concerning this? Does the ruling of khul' not apply, except that the divorce has been completed and the waiting period remains?
A4: A woman in the waiting period after a revocable divorce commits a sin if she leaves the house of her divorcer without being driven out, unless necessity or a need that permits her to do so compels her to exit. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
Q4: Regarding the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Do not turn them out of their [husbands'] houses, nor should they [themselves] leave [during that period] unless they are committing a clear immorality
لاَ تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِنْ بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلاَ يَخْرُجْنَ إِلا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍA4: A woman in the waiting period after a revocable divorce commits a sin if she leaves the house of her divorcer without being driven out, unless necessity or a need that permits her to do so compels her to exit.
