A 2 : The one who demands retaliation is the awliya (close friends of Allah) of the victim before the Shari'ah judge, and her husband is among them if there is no obstacle to inheritance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
