Q2: I have a friend residing in the Republic of Egypt, and he sent me a message asking me to write to Your Eminence regarding a matter that happened to him, which is as follows: During intercourse with his wife, some of her breast milk accidentally entered his mouth without his intention.
He immediately spat out what was in his mouth, washed it, and sought forgiveness from his Lord many times. He has been confused about this ever since. Is the child who was nursing from his mother at that time his son or his brother? What is the ruling regarding the wife? I ask you to kindly provide a ruling, may Allah preserve you and increase you in the ocean of Islam, guidance, and advice, opening for you what Allah opens according to the Islamic Shari'ah and the pure Sunnah, and may Allah keep you as a source of knowledge for Islam and Muslims.
Vol. 2: Your friend is not sinful for suckling milk from his wife's breast, and the milk he has sucked does not make her forbidden to him, and this milk has no effect whatsoever. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
