Q1: My wife is the stepdaughter of my mother's husband. Is he permitted to look at her face? With
the knowledge that he is the one who raised me from a young age.
A1: The mother's husband is not a mahram to the wife of her stepson, so she must cover herself from him; because he is a stranger to her.
