Q3: Does a woman have the right to request a divorce from her husband because he is a man who is infertile?
A3: She has the right to request a divorce for this purpose; because procreation is among the objectives of the marriage contract. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
