Q2: What is the ruling on a woman going to the market without her husband's permission?
A2: If a woman wants to leave her husband's house, she informs him of the place she intends to go to, and he grants her permission to go to whatever does not lead to harm, for he is more aware of her interests. And due to the generality of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
[Al-Baqarah 2:228] And His saying: [An-Nisa 4:34] the verse. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌMen are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other
الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ
