The husband's son is a mahram to his father's wife

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 10610 )
Q1: I ask your eminence to clarify the issue of my first husband's children, who were born after he divorced me from a woman several years ago. Are they mahram to me or not, and may I uncover in their presence or not? I bear in mind that I bore him a son, and he also had a daughter before he married me. This daughter has married and borne children. Are the children mahram to me, and may I greet them and uncover in their presence or not?
A1: Your husband's children who were born before your marriage to him and those born after your divorce from him are mahram to you. It is permissible for you to uncover before them what you uncover before mahram. The same applies to the children of your husband's daughter. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
