Ruling on a woman going out repeatedly to visit her sisters in Allah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 16720 )
Q1: What is the ruling on a woman going out repeatedly to visit her sisters in Allah, is there any blame on her for that, and what is the necessity-based going out? Sometimes the going out is with a mahram and sometimes without a mahram, and if the woman goes out, what is the
appropriate time for going out and returning?

A1: It is permissible for a woman to go out of her house with her husband's permission when there is a need, while observing hijab and avoiding tabarruj (display of adornment). The necessity-based going out is what is essential, such that if she does not do it, harm will befall her. As for the appropriate time for her to go out, it varies according to the differences in circumstances and countries. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
