The ruling on a woman leaving her home for other than a dire necessity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our sister asks about the ruling on a young woman leaving her home for other than a pressing need?

Answer:
The recommended practice is not to go out. Allah says:
And abide in your housesوَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ
[Al-Ahzab: 33]. The recommended practice is to stay in the homes, to preserve chastity, to avoid a woman's display of her adornment, and to go out only out of need. So staying in the home is safer, except out of need, such as going out to pray with the people while covering up, and without perfume, like going out to visit a sick person, going out for the needs of the market while covering up, the need that calls for it, and the like.
As for going out without a need, it may lead to trial, discord or temptation, so leaving it off is better. The point is: going out for a need and a legitimate religious interest, this is what is required. As for going out without a need; it may lead to evil; so leaving it off is better and more excellent, yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
