A1: Al-Tirmidhi, al-Nasa'i, and others narrated from Muhammad ibn Hatib who said, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 1896Hasan (Darussalam) And al-Bukhari and others narrated from Khalid ibn Dhikwan from al-Rubayyi' bint Mu'awwidh who said: From this, it is known that it is permissible for women to strike the hand drum to announce the marriage, but it must be free from harms, such as the free mixing of men and women, and forbidden songs. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

فصل ما بين الحلال والحرام: الدف والصوت في النكاحThe Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me on the morning I was married to him, and he sat on my bed as you are sitting now, and the young girls were striking the hand drum, lamenting... the day of Badr, until one of them said: "And among us is a Prophet who knows what is in the tomorrow." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not say it like that, but say what you used to say."
دخل علي النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- غداة بُنِي علي، فجلس على فراشي كمجلسك مني، وجويريات يضربن بالدف، يندبن… يوم بدر، حتى قالت إحداهن: وفينا نبي يعلم ما في غد، فقال النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "لا تقولي هكذا، وقولي ما كنت تقولين
