One who holds that covering the head is obligatory at all times

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19478 )
Q2: There are Muslim women who believe that covering the head is obligatory at all times, on the basis that the Messenger did not allow Jibril to approach him until Khadijah covered her head, so they believe that covering the head is obligatory at all times, even in the presence of mahrams, with the husband, and when alone in the house. We ask for clarification of this. And is
it permissible for a woman to remove her clothes in a place other than her bed, for example: with her aunt or maternal aunt?

A2: It is permissible for a woman to uncover her head if she is in the presence of women, or in the presence of her male mahrams, or if she is alone, and there is no validity to the statement of one who says: it is obligatory for her to cover her head in those situations. However, if she is in the presence of men who are not her mahrams, then it is obligatory for her to cover her head, her face, and her entire body from them, and this is what is called hijab. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
