Wearing the white dress on the wedding night

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q5: Does wearing the white dress on the wedding night and its specific adornment have a basis in Islam, and if it does, is it permissible to uncover the face on the wedding night, given that there are non-mahram men on the way to the husband's home?
A5: It is permissible for a woman to wear what is specific to women on the wedding night and otherwise, such as a dress or other garments, provided it is covering and does not involve imitating men or disbelieving women. It is not permissible for a woman to uncover her face to men who are not her mahram, neither on the wedding night nor at any other time. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
