Exposing the face before men under the pretext of studying medicine

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of Fatwa No. ( 19504 )
Q5: A Muslim female medical student says that she is prevented from entering
the laboratories unless she wears the specific uniform provided by the hospital, which does not cover the head, hands, and part of the legs. Is it permissible for her to do so in order to complete her studies?

A5: It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to expose any part of her 'awrah (the part of the body that must be covered), such as the face, head, chest, or legs, before non-mahram men under the pretext of studying medicine. It is obligatory for Muslims to provide women with education specifically for them, where they do not mix with men and are not forced to expose their 'awrah. May Allah help us. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
