Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 10432 )
Q1: Is it permissible for a woman to go out wearing a decorated garment?
A1: It is not permissible for a woman to go out wearing a decorated garment that draws attention; because that incites men toward her and tempts them away from their religion, and it may expose her to the violation of her sanctity. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
