Q1: Is it permissible for a woman to go out wearing a decorated garment?
A1: A woman should, when she goes out, go out in plain clothes, not decorated or beautiful; because of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Ibn Hibban 10:498 narrated by Imam Ahmad .
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
