Q1: My maternal grandfather married two women, and one of them passed away a year before he did. Does this wife inherit from him?
A1: A wife who dies before her husband has no share of his inheritance; because one of the conditions of inheritance is that the heir is alive at the time of the deceased's death. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
