Q2: He proposed to one of his paternal cousins’ daughters to marry her, and they agreed on the following conditions: 1 - That he trim his beard. 2 - That he lengthen his garment. 3 - That he spend his free time with them and not attend gatherings of dhikr
A2: It is not permissible for you to agree to what the family of the prospective bride has conditioned you on regarding trimming the hair of your beard, and lengthening your garment; if their intention by that is
that it should hang below the ankles, and regarding your not attending gatherings of dhikr; because these are conditions that contradict the Book of Allah, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 2521Sahih (Darussalam) , and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Mishkat al-Masabih 3696 , and Allah will make easy for you something better than that, as He the Exalted said: [At-Talaq 65:2-3] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

كل شرط ليس في كتاب الله فهو باطل وإن كان مائة شرطThe Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that makes the forbidden lawful or the lawful forbidden
المسلمون على شروطهم إلا شرطًا أحل حرامًا أو حرم حلالاًA creature is not to be obeyed when it involves disobedience to the "Creator.”
لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالقAnd whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (3) And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.
وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا (2) وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَحْتَسِبُ وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا
