Conditioning the husband to adhere to the rulings of Islam

Fatwa number ( 11867 )
Q: My sister was proposed to by my brother for his son, and I agreed to his request on three conditions: 1 - Regular attendance at congregational prayer. 2 - Not shaving the beard. 3 - Not smoking. I also imposed these conditions on his son and requested that the conditions be written in the marriage contract . My brother, my father, and my relatives became angry with me over this, saying: Do not write these conditions, fearing that he would be held to them. I was determined to do so, and the father did not propose these conditions. What is the ruling on this in the view of the pure Shari'ah? Give us a ruling, may Allah reward you, may Allah preserve you. Am I bound by those conditions, or should I retract them to please my father, my brother, and my relatives? What is your opinion on this? Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings.
A: You are correct in what you conditioned in the marriage contract of your daughter, and it is obligatory for the husband to fulfill those conditions; because it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Abi Dawud 2139Sahih (Al-Albani) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

The condition worthier to be fulfilled by you is the one by which you made the private parts (of your wife) lawful (for you).
