Q3: It concerns a woman wearing high heels and a woman applying henna during menstruation .
A3: Wearing high heels is not permissible; because it exposes the woman to falling, and a person is commanded by the Shari'ah to avoid dangers, as in the general meaning of Allah's saying:[Al-Baqarah 2:195] , and His saying: [An-Nisa 4:29] . Also, it displays the woman's stature and buttocks more than they are, and in this there is deception, and displaying some of the adornment that she was forbidden to display
the believing woman, by the saying of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He:[An-Nur 24:31] . As for a woman applying henna during menstruation, we do not know of any prohibition against it, just as in the state of purity. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women
وَلاَ يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلاَّ لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ
