Q2: A man shaved his head during 'Umrah this week, then performed another 'Umrah next week; what must he do? His hair is very short, and it may not have grown back yet. .
A2: Whoever performs 'Umrah or Hajj, it is obligatory for him to shave his head or shorten his hair. If there is no hair on the head, the obligation is dropped, and his Hajj or 'Umrah is valid. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
