Q2: I know that taking from the bank is forbidden; because it is riba, but the question is not here, rather the question is: Is it forbidden for one who guarantees for the one who takes from the bank? And this person has not taken from the bank in his lifetime, and he knows Allah and prays and fasts, and he knows the halal and the haram, so I want to clarify this matter.
A2: Borrowing from the bank with interest is forbidden; because it is riba, and guaranteeing for the one who deals in riba is not permissible; because it involves assisting in the commission of the forbidden, and helping in sin, and Allah has forbidden cooperation in sin, and He said:[Al-Ma'idah 5:2] .
