Is it permissible to employ a non-Muslim maid, or a Muslim maid who exposes her face and hands?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of fatwa number (11031)
Q2: Is it permissible to hire a non-Muslim or Muslim female servant who reveals her face and hands, and is it permissible for the head of the household and his male children to look at her and talk to her or not?
A2: It is not permissible to bring non-Muslim servants to the Arabian Peninsula , but if they are Muslims, there is no harm if they are accompanied by a mahram. It is not permissible for the head of the household or his sons to look at the servant while she is uncovered, but it is permissible for each of them to talk to the other about what they need, provided they lower their gaze, she maintains her hijab, and there is no seclusion. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
