Q1: We are a group of about 30 people who share a cat (a main cat), and sometimes half of them do not attend. Those who are present ask the (cat) for food and slaughtered animals without the permission of the others. We ask you, may Allah reward you with good: Do they have the right to do so or not? Since those who do not attend at the time of the attendees' request are in a second job, but the residence and the workplace are combined.
A1: If those who did not attend among the partners in the cat are pleased that those who attended buy what they make of the slaughtered animals, it is permissible. And if they are not pleased, and each of the attendees pays for what he ate and what his guests ate, without imposing any money on those who were absent, it is permissible. Otherwise, it is not permissible. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
