One who sells his share in a company on the condition that they pay him the value in other materials

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 20117 )
Q: I own an establishment (an iron and aluminum factory), and I want to sell a share of it or the whole thing to people who do not have liquidity (cash). So I proposed that they buy it from me in exchange for other materials, such as bricks, for example,
and tiles for my other company, which has no connection to this factory, and their purchase of the materials will be through an Islamic bank. Is this permissible?

A: This transaction is not permissible; because it is two sales in one sale, which is prohibited; because you are selling them the share of the factory on the condition that they sell you other materials for its price.
