Q4: What is the ruling on the collective talbiyah for pilgrims? where one person recites it and the others follow him.
A4: It is not permissible to do this because it was not reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), nor from his Rightly Guided Caliphs (may Allah be pleased with them), rather it is a religious innovation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
