The ruling on the talbiyah with loudspeakers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
On the Day of 'Arafah, at the 'Arafah mosque, one of the people would recite the talbiyah using loudspeakers, and then all the people would recite it behind him. This practice continued for several times. The question is: Is it permissible for him to do this? And if it is not permissible, we ask that this be pointed out in the future.

Answer:
The talbiyah is prescribed for everyone, and each person recites it individually. As for reciting it with a loudspeaker to remind the people, by way of reminding and repeating, not by way of collective takbir or collective talbiyah, there is no harm in using the loudspeaker to alert people when they are inattentive so that they may hear. However, it is not permissible to have a collective talbiyah with combined voices.
