Q: I have a righteous, affectionate, and fertile wife, and this is a favor and blessing from Allah. I married her when she was 13 years old, and she is now 43 years old. Allah has blessed me with children and ample lawful provision through her. She is obedient, praise be to Allah, and does not know the word "no." I have no other wife, and no children other than those from her. They are now two sons and four daughters. I have developed a strong, urgent desire to gift her a small two-story building during my lifetime. This building does not exceed one-third of what I currently own. Is there any legal impediment in my gifting her this building? I ask you, may Allah guide you and grant you abundant reward, to provide information; for I am hesitant about it. Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings.
A: There is no impediment to gifting the building to your wife as a completed gift; you should write it for her while you are in good health. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
