Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 6086 )
Q: I supervised the renovation of one of the mosques in al-Zulfi and collected the necessary funds for its renovation from the benefactors. The mosque has been completed
with all its facilities, and I have a remaining amount of the money I collected for its renovation, which is approximately sixty thousand. Is it permissible for me to spend this amount on the renovation of another mosque, given that the mosque for which it was collected no longer needs it? I ask for your guidance.
A: It is permissible for you to spend the remaining money you have from the renovation of the mosque you supervised on another mosque, provided that the first mosque does not need it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
