The second question of Fatwa No. ( 3502 )
Q2: Is the charity of the one who abandons prayer permissible or not? And is he rewarded for it or not?
A2: The one who abandons prayer by denying its obligation is a disbeliever by the consensus of the Muslims, and the one who abandons it intentionally without denying its obligation is a disbeliever with a disbelief that takes him out of the fold of Islam, according to the correct of the two opinions of the scholars. Accordingly, his charity is not accepted and he is not rewarded for it because of his disbelief by abandoning prayer intentionally. Allah the Exalted said:[Ali 'Imran 3:117] And He said: [Ibrahim 14:18] And He said: [Al-Ma'idah 5:5] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

The example of what they spend in this worldly life is like that of a wind containing frost which strikes the harvest of a people who have wronged themselves and destroys it. And Allah has not wronged them, but they wrong themselves.
The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord is [that] their deeds are like ashes which the wind blows forcefully on a stormy day; they are unable [to keep] from what they earned a [single] thing. That is what is extreme error.
And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless
