Q: Is it permissible for me to pay my wealth zakah in advance for the entire year in the form of monthly salaries for poor families?
A: There is nothing wrong with paying zakah before the lunar year is completed, one or two years in advance, if the public interest requires it, and giving it to the eligible poor on a monthly basis. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
