Q3: Are orphans given from the funds of obligatory zakah?
A3: They are provided for and given from it according to their need if they are poor; because in that case they are among the eight categories mentioned in the saying of Allah the Exalted:[At-Tawbah 9:60] the verse. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
