What is of concern in the chapter of marriage: the opposite of marriage, which is divorce.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And among the matters that deserve attention in the chapter of marriage is the opposite of marriage, which is divorce. If marriage is something one is encouraged to pursue, then divorce is the opposite, because marriage is a joining together and divorce is a separation. For this reason, a person should not divorce except in a situation where patience is impossible; otherwise, as long as patience is possible, let him be patient. Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, says:
If you dislike them فَإِنْ كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ
Complete the verse?
perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.
[An-Nisa 4:19]
Do not divorce except in cases of urgent need. Be patient. A person might say: How can I be patient with this woman who disobeys me and does not obey me? We say: Be patient, and remember the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
A believer does not hate a believing woman—meaning: he does not dislike her and turn away from her—if he dislikes a trait in her, he is pleased with another trait in her
If he dislikes a trait in her, he should look at another trait in her that he is pleased with, and he should compare the two, and satisfaction will be achieved.
Some foolish people among the people divorce over the easiest of reasons. If he enters his home thinking that the woman has prepared the tea and finds that the tea is not ready, he is done with her. He finds this fool saying: You have not finished the tea yet? You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced. And this is a reality, my brothers. We are not speaking in the abstract; this is a reality.
Likewise, some people, when a guest comes to them and they want to honor him, and the guest wants to be kind to him and have mercy on him, says: Do not slaughter anything. I swear by divorce that I will not slaughter. Glory be to Allah! Is the woman so easy that you divorce her just so that he will slaughter for you or not slaughter for you?! And worse than that, if he says: I swear by divorce that I will not slaughter, the other one says: What? I swear by divorce that I will slaughter. Who will remain undivorced? Yes? All of this is due to foolishness and transgressing the limits of Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Listen to Allah saying:
O Prophet, when you [Muslims] divorce women
[At-Talaq 65:1]
And reflect, my brother, on how the address is directed to the Prophet while the intended audience is the Ummah:
O Prophet, when you [Muslims] divorce women, divorce them for [the commencement of] their waiting period and keep count of the waiting period
[At-Talaq 65:1]
Get it exactly right:
and fear Allah, your Lord
[At-Talaq 65:1]
Therefore, do not rush into divorce. And it is forbidden for a person to divorce a woman who is menstruating while she is in her menses, or in a period of purity in which he had intercourse with her. It is forbidden for him to do so whether he knows it or not. For example, if a man says to his wife: You are divorced, and she is menstruating, we say: This is forbidden for you. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) learned that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) had divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so he became angry. He became angry, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said to Umar:
Command him ('Abdullah b. 'Umar) to take her back (and keep her) and pronounce divorce when she is purified and she again enters the period of menstruation and she is again purified (after passing the period of menses), and then if he so desires he may keep her and if he desires divorce her
