The first question of Fatwa number ( 5926 )
Q1: The question is about praying on a mount, I was in a place of fear, is it permissible or not?
A1 : It is valid to perform the obligatory prayer on a mount, whether stationary or moving, out of fear of being harmed by mud, rain, or the like; based on the statement of Ya'la ibn Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him): Narrated by Ahmad, and al-Tirmidhi, who said: The scholars act upon it. End. Likewise, it is valid to perform the obligatory prayer on a mount if one fears being separated from his companions by dismounting, or danger to himself from an enemy, or being unable to remount if he dismounts. He must face the qiblah if he is able to do so, and he must bow and prostrate, making his prostration lower than his bowing; based on the aforementioned hadith, and the generality of the statement of Allah the Exalted: [At-Taghabun 64:16]
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.

A1 : It is valid to perform the obligatory prayer on a mount, whether stationary or moving, out of fear of being harmed by mud, rain, or the like; based on the statement of Ya'la ibn Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his companions arrived at a narrow passage while he was on his mount, with the sky above them and wetness below them. When the time for prayer came, he ordered the mu'adhdhin to give the adhan and iqamah. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went forward and prayed with them; meaning by gesturing, making his prostration lower than his bowing.
So fear Allah as much as you are able
فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْAnd success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
