He performed wudu and forgot an obligatory act

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of fatwa number ( 12191 )
Q 3: If a person performs wudu and forgets an obligatory act, what should he do?
A 3: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... After that: It is prescribed for the one performing wudu to perform a complete, ordered, and continuous wudu, like the wudu of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It is established from Humran , the freed slave of Uthman,
That Uthman ibn al-Khattab called for water for wudu, so he poured from his vessel onto his hands and washed them three times, then he put his right hand into the water, then he rinsed his mouth and inhaled water into his nose and expelled it, then he washed his face three times, and his hands to the elbows three times, then he wiped his head, then he washed both his feet three times, then he said: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) perform wudu like this wudu of mine, then he said: Whoever performs wudu like this wudu of mine, then prays two rak'ahs in which he does not let his mind wander, Allah will forgive him what has passed of his sinsأن عثمان بن عفان دعا بوضوء فأفرغ على يديه من إنائه فغسلهما ثلاث مرات، ثم أدخل يمينه في الوضوء، ثم تمضمض واستنشق واستنثر، ثم غسل وجهه ثلاثًا، ويديه إلى المرفقين ثلاثًا، ثم مسح برأسه، ثم غسل كلتا رجليه ثلاثًا، ثم قال: رأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم توضأ نحو وضوئي هذا ثم قال: من توضأ نحو وضوئي هذا ثم صلى ركعتين لا يحدث فيهما نفسه غفر الله له ما تقدم من ذنبه
agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. So if one leaves out an obligatory act from the obligatory acts of wudu mentioned - such as washing the face or the hands - his wudu is invalid. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
