Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: And from Humran, the freed slave of Uthman ibn Affan:
That he saw Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) call for water for ablution, then poured water from his vessel over his hands and washed them three times
Sahih Ibn Hibban 8:25
.

The Shaykh : What did Uthman do?
The reciter: And from Humran, the freed slave of Uthman ibn Affan:
That he saw Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) call for water for ablution, then poured water from his vessel over his hands and washed them three times, then put his right hand into the water, then rinsed his mouth, inhaled water into his nose, and blew it out, then washed his face three times and his hands to the elbows three times, then wiped his head, then washed both his feet three times, then said: "I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) perform ablution in a manner similar to my ablution, and he said: 'Whoever performs ablution in a manner similar to my ablution, then prays two rak'ahs without speaking to himself in them, Allah will forgive him his previous sins.'"
.

The Shaykh : His statement: "From Humran, the freed slave of Uthman." The meaning of "the freed slave of Uthman" is that he was a freed slave of Uthman, meaning that Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) freed him. And Uthman is ibn Affan, the third caliph of this Ummah and the fourth of the Rightly Guided Caliphs.
