Cleaning oneself after performing ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 6970 )
Q 1: A person washed his hands, face, arms, and legs, meaning: he performed wudu' before cleaning himself, and after performing wudu' he cleaned himself. What is the ruling?
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... After that: If the situation is as described, his wudu' is not valid; because one of the conditions for the validity of wudu' is that cleaning oneself (istinja') or using pebbles (istijmar) from urine or feces precedes it, according to the correct opinion of the scholars. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
