If one sneezes, does he praise Allah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourteenth question of the fatwa number ( 2677 )
Q14: If a person sneezes or yawns during the prayer, does he praise Allah for the sneeze and seek refuge in Allah from Satan for the yawn?
A14: One who sneezes or yawns during the prayer praises Allah for the sneeze, but does not seek refuge in Allah from Satan for his yawn, as there is no text regarding this. He does not respond to one who praises him for his sneeze while he is in his prayer, nor does he return the greeting of one who greets him while he is in prayer except by gesture; due to the generality of what is established from the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
During the prayer one is preoccupied.إن في الصلاة لشغلاً
Sunan Ibn Majah 1019Sahih (Darussalam)
, and the hadith of Mu'awiyah ibn al-Hakam
al-Sulami, when he praised a man for his sneeze during the prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him:
Talking to persons is not fitting during the prayer, for it consists of glorifying Allah, declaring his Greatness. and recitation of the Qur'anإن هذه الصلاة لا يصلح فيها شيء من كلام الناس إنما هو التسبيح والتكبير وقراءة القرآن
Sahih Muslim 537a
It was narrated by Muslim in his Sahih. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
