Q1: Is it permissible for the imam to read the Qur'an from the Mushaf during prayer or not, other than in Ramadan, so that the people can benefit from it, and this is during the loud prayer?
A1: It is permissible to read the Qur'an from the Mushaf during prayer in Ramadan and in other months, in the obligatory prayer and in the voluntary prayer during the loud prayer, if there is a need for it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
