A: The man mentioned is a man of evil, one of the heads of religious innovation and misguidance in this age. He has enlisted himself and his followers to demolish the creed of the Muslims, which was the creed of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), his Companions, and the Tabi'un. They have gathered for themselves a defective school of thought in jurisprudence, filling it with every anomalous and bad statement that has no evidence from the Book or the Sunnah. They have many absurdities and abominations in matters of belief and practice, and they attack the imams of this religion. It is obligatory for Muslims everywhere to be wary of this misguided sect, and to warn against its deviant ideas and its anomalous opinions. We ask the Generous Allah to protect the Muslims from their evil and the evil of others; He is the One who is capable of that and has power over it.
