The degree of authenticity of the hadith regarding wiping the face with the palms after supplication

Q2: What is the degree of authenticity of the hadith regarding wiping the face with the palms after supplication, whether in the qunut or otherwise, or blowing into them and then wiping the rest of the body or part of it with them at a suitable verse where one raises the palms of supplication to Allah, and what is your opinion on the permissibility or impermissibility of that?
Second: In the book of Ibn Majah :Sunan Ibn Majah 3866Da'if (Darussalam) , it was narrated by Ibn Majah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), and al-Suyuti mentioned it in [al-Jami' al-Saghir] and indicated it with the symbols for a good hadith, but Ibn al-Jawzi said: It is not authentic; it contains Salih ibn Hassan who is abandoned (as a narrator), and Ibn Hibban said: He was a companion of female singers and listening to music, and he used to narrate fabricated hadiths from trustworthy narrators. Ahmad and Ibn Ma'in and Abu Dawud and Abu Hatim and al-Daraqutni weakened him, and al-Bukhari said: The hadith is denounced, and Abu Nu'aym al-Isbahani said: The hadith is denounced and the narrator is abandoned. Second: Its wording in the book of al-Tirmidhi is as follows: He said: Abu Musa Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Ibrahim ibn Ya'qub and others said: Hammad ibn Isa al-Juhani narrated to us from Hanzalah ibn Abi Sufyan al-Jumahi , from Salim ibn Abdullah from his father from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: Mishkat al-Masabih 2245 , and Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna said in his narration: He did not wipe them until he wiped his face with them. Abu Isa said: This is a sound, strange hadith; we do not know it except from the hadith of Hammad ibn Isa , and he transmitted it uniquely, and he is one who narrates few hadiths. And Hanzalah ibn Abi Sufyan was deemed trustworthy by Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan . End of quote. However, in its chain is Hammad ibn Isa who is weak, and he transmitted it uniquely as mentioned by al-Tirmidhi . If the supplication is a prescribed act of worship and it is not established that wiping the face with the palms after it is a verbal or practical Sunnah, but rather it was narrated through weak paths, then wiping the face with them after supplication is not prescribed. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
Second: In the book of Ibn Majah :
When you supplicate to Allah, supplicate with your palms uppermost, not with the backs of your hands uppermost, and when you finish, wipe your face with them.
إذا دعوت الله فادع ببطون كفيك، ولا تدع بظهورهما فإذا فرغت فامسح بهما وجهكwhen God’s messenger raised his hands in supplication he did not lower them till he wiped his face with them
كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا رفع يديه في الدعاء لم يحطهما حتى يمسح بهما وجهه
