Q6: Is it permissible to explain a guide from the noble verses without mentioning the text of the verses?
A6: It is permissible to explain the verses and mention their meaning without reciting their text, if
the explainer is trustworthy, safe, and knowledgeable about the interpretation of the verses according to the methodology of the people of the Sunnah and the community . And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
